Renči & Luca - Tuscany Wedding

A wedding in Tuscany is every photographer's dream, so when Renči reached out to me about photographing their Slovakian-Italian wedding, I didn't hesitate for a second. Renči caught me while I was traveling in South America, so we planned my three-day journey to Tuscany from halfway across the world, but everything fell into place. By early July, I was boarding a plane in Prague headed towards sunny Italy.

The wedding took place at Villa Apparita, and I can hardly recall a more photogenic place I've photographed recently. Just before the guests arrived, the newlyweds had a bit of rain for good luck, but for the rest of the time, it was nothing but Tuscan sunshine, views of surrounding vineyards, a touching ceremony, lots of laughter and tears, and finally, a party that went on until the early hours of the morning led by the most original DJ I've ever encountered at weddings.
